Casket Outlet is a well-established and growing company looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking a reliable, mature, friendly, and motivated full-time team member to join our team.
Immediate start available.
Location: Mississauga (Eglinton & Tomken)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Position – Saturday or Sunday availability is required

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and by email
• Help customers with product selection and process orders
• Answer customer inquiries professionally and confidently
• Respond to emails and perform basic administrative tasks
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Keep the showroom clean and organized
• Help pack and prepare Purolator shipments
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Mature, dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable answering phone calls and replying to emails
• Good computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service, retail, or office experience is an asset
• Looking for long-term employment
