I am fully registered and in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario. I pride myself on clean, efficient, and code-compliant work that passes ESA inspections the first time.
Core Expertise & Skills:
Residential & Legal Basements: Complete layout, rough-ins, finishes, and panel upgrades (100A to 200A). Deeply familiar with the requirements for legal secondary suites.
Commercial Construction: Expert at reading blueprints, running conduit (EMT/PVC), pulling wire, and installing power distribution systems.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Fast diagnostic skills for tracking down faults, short circuits, and handling preventative electrical maintenance.
Apprentice Mentorship: Experienced in working alongside and training apprentices to maintain high site safety and workmanship standards.
Key Qualifications:
License: Active 309A Construction & Maintenance License
Tools & Transport: Fully equipped with own hand tools, power tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
