We provide professional consulting arborist services, tree care, vegetation management, and plant health care for residential, commercial, construction, municipal, and infrastructure projects. Our certified team is committed to delivering safe, compliant, and sustainable solutions that protect people, property, and the urban environment.

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundman (Groundy) to join our crew immediately. If you enjoy manual teamwork, working outdoors, and are looking for a company where you can learn a trade and grow your career, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
> Maintain clean and safe work zones (brush dragging, log lifting, site cleanup).
> Safely operate wood chippers, chainsaws, and auxiliary power tools.
> Provide critical ground support to our climbing arborists and bucket truck operators.

What You Need:
> A valid Ontario DZ Driver’s License (Mandatory for our commercial vehicles).
> High physical fitness and a willingness to work hard in all weather conditions.
> A punctual, safety-first attitude and teamwork capabilities.
