We are currently seeking an experienced **Foreman / Lead Hand** to join our team for residential and commercial concrete and exterior construction projects.

This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on field experience, and the ability to manage a small crew while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety on site.

Location: Niagara Region and Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 workers on active job sites
* Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
* Read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and project layouts
* Perform and oversee concrete forming, prep, pouring, and finishing work
* Assist with concrete carpentry, demolition, grading, excavation, and general site work
* Operate equipment including skid steer and excavator
* Load, unload, and manage tools, materials, and equipment on site
* Ensure proper use of hand tools and power tools
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Communicate clearly with management, crew members, and clients when required

Requirements

* **Minimum 5 years of experience** in concrete, construction, and site supervision
* Strong knowledge of:

* Concrete forming and concrete carpentry
* Demolition and site preparation
* Skid steer and excavator operation
* General construction tools and equipment
* Must be able to read and interpret **blueprints and drawings**
* Must be capable of leading a small crew of **2–4 workers**
* Experience driving a **heavy-duty truck with trailer**
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including:

* Heavy lifting
* Repetitive bending
* Working at heights
* Outdoor work in varying conditions
* Must have a **valid driver’s licence**
* Must provide a **clean driver’s abstract**
* Must provide **references from previous employment**
* Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and able to take initiative
