Sales Associate – Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing (Full-Time)

Location: Training in Brampton, ON; Permanent work location in Concord, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time
Wage: Minimum wage (as per Ontario Employment Standards)

About Us

We are a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturing company committed to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting kitchen cabinets and related products.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate order processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (email, invoicing, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Training & Work Location

Training will be provided at our Brampton location. Upon successful completion of training, the selected candidate will be required to work permanently from our Concord location.

Work Schedule:
-Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Some weekend work may be required based on business needs.
- Fast-paced work environment.
