Spray Foam Helper / Apprentice
Requirements
* Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials.
* Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Subject to a criminal background check.
* Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Expectations & Responsibilities
* Assist the spray foam technician with daily job setup and teardown.
* Prepare work areas, mask and protect finished surfaces.
* Load and unload equipment and materials.
* Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
* Perform equipment cleaning and daily maintenance.
* Learn proper spray foam application techniques and safety procedures.
* Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and other trades.
* Follow all company safety policies and respiratory protection requirements.
* Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Advancement Opportunity: Helpers who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and technical ability will be supported in obtaining industry certification and advancing into a Spray Foam Technician role.

Licensed Spray Foam Technician
Requirements
* Current CALIBER, CUFCA, or equivalent Spray Polyurethane Foam Installer certification.
* Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience operating professional spray foam proportioners and spray equipment.
* Strong understanding of building science, moisture management, and insulation best practices.
* Ability to work independently while leading a helper.
* Subject to a criminal background check.
* Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Expectations & Responsibilities
* Safely install spray polyurethane foam in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes.
* Lead the crew on site and direct the helper throughout the project.
* Verify substrate conditions, environmental conditions, and job readiness before spraying.
* Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all spray equipment.
* Produce consistent, high-quality workmanship with minimal material waste.
* Complete quality control checks and daily equipment maintenance.
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
* Communicate professionally with customers, builders, inspectors, and office staff.
* Take ownership of productivity, cleanliness, job quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Mentor and train helpers toward certification and professional development.
