Must have experience in legal basement finishing (finished and unfinished basement)

* Strong experience in residential renovations (basements, bathrooms, kitchens, additions)
*Strong hands-on experience in residential renovations
* Ability to run a jobsite when needed
* Can plan ahead and stay organized (materials, trades, sequencing)
* Knows when to call trades and keep things moving
* Takes ownership — not waiting to be told every step
* Clean, professional work and attitude
