What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 1 year of truck dispatching experience is an asset
* Experience dispatching cross-border (Canada/USA) loads is preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with brokers and drivers.
* Ability to plan routes, maximize truck utilization, and solve problems efficiently.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience with load boards and transportation management software is an asset.

Schedule:

* Full-time
* Afternoon shift
* Weekend availability is mandatory
