Join our fast- growing transportation company! We are looking for a motivated , reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 1 year of truck dispatching experience is an asset
- Experience dispatching cross-border (Canada / USA) loads is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with brokers and drivers
- Ability to plan routes , maximize truck utilization , and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with load boards and transportation management software is an asset
- Must have Class 5 license , must be able to drive to work in Airdrie

Schedule:
- Full time
- Afternoon Shift
- Weekend availability is mandatory
