We are hiring employees for positions in Residential Construction, including Construction Foreman, Concrete Workers, and Concrete Finishers.

Requirements:
Must have experience in concrete forming and concrete work.

Compensation:
Pay based on experience and performance. $25-$40 / hour

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience in concrete forming and concrete work.
Excellent blueprint reading and schematic interpretation skills.
Ability to manage budgets and perform basic estimating tasks.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
