About the Opportunity
Home Finishers is a well-established general contracting company specializing in exterior renovations. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Soffit & Fascia Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on residential exterior projects across the Durham Region.

Key Responsibilities
• Install aluminum and vinyl soffit, fascia, and eavestrough systems on residential properties
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to ensure clean, professional finishes
• Perform repairs and replacements on existing soffit and fascia as needed
• Assist with general exterior work including siding, trim, and related tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site and in the shop
• Follow all safety protocols and work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper PPE and job site protocols
