HCC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gardener to maintain the outdoor grounds at three of our West End locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the landscape is clean, healthy, and visually appealing year-round.
Employment Type: Part-Time - Permanent (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain landscaped areas (edging, trimming, weeding and planting)
Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees
Perform seasonal clean-up (leaf removal, pruning, mulching, snow clearing if required)
Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
Ensure walkways and outdoor areas are clean and hazard-free
Assist with minor outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred
Basic knowledge of plants, soil care, and seasonal maintenance
Ability to operate landscaping tools (trimmer, etc.)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
May require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
Flexible hours depending on seasonal needs
Compensation:

$25/Hour
