Both units have only been used a few times and both come with locks & keys

These Bike Carriers will fit all bikes with a wheel thickness of less then 2 3/4” Not going to work for Fat Tire Bikes or heavy E-Bikes.

I did use it to carry my IGO E-Bike with 2” Tires but at 70 lbs. it was a big lift.
