We are currently seeking a full time Crew Lead (able to drive our Crew Trucks, 25 Years old with clean driver abstract).
We are a reputable property maintenance company dedicated to providing top-notch service for a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

We do maintenance work done on residential and commercial properties including lawns and snow removal.

During the summer we typically work Monday-Friday from 7AM to 4PM. Some occasional weekends if it rains.

**Crew Lead RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take pride in ensuring safety when using a variety of tools.
- Help us stay organized by ensuring all tools and equipment are ready for each shift.
- Drive a Crew pick-Up Truck.
- Keep our operations running smoothly by completing paperwork and time sheets promptly.

**Crew Lead REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean abstract is essential for this role.
- Reliable transportation to our South Edmonton shop is a must.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills are necessary, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills will help you thrive in our environment.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools

**PHYSICAL ASPECTS **
- Be prepared to take on the challenge of long shifts from 8 to 10 hours.
- Physical resilience is key—safely lifting heavy objects, including pushing and pulling as needed.
- You’ll be bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks in this dynamic role.
- Embrace the elements; you’ll be working in a variety of weather conditions.
