• Rate: $280/week flat fee.Requirement: Must be a licensed barber with an established, active clientele.Perk: Keep 100% of your service revenue earn a 15% commission on retail products (excluding alcohol).Tax Status: Independent contractor; you manage your own income tax.
Option 2: The 60/40 Commission Split (Only 4 Chairs Available)
• The Deal: Keep 60% of your service revenue; the shop retains 40%.The Commission: Earn an extra 10% commission on retail products.Tax Status: Worry-free.
