Commercial Renovation Lead Hand / Site Foreman Wanted

We are looking for an experienced commercial renovation lead hand / site foreman to join our team for ongoing commercial renovation projects in the GTA.

The right candidate should have strong hands-on experience and be able to lead a small crew independently on site.

Requirements:

Strong experience in commercial renovation projects
Skilled in metal framing, drywall, T-bar ceiling, tile installation, door frames, baseboards, and general finishing work
Experience with custom ceiling features, curved/irregular ceiling shapes, feature walls, and decorative details is preferred
Able to read basic construction drawings, including floor plans, ceiling plans, and elevations
Able to do layout, organize daily site work, and coordinate workers
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC coordination on site
Able to communicate with licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC subcontractors, and project managers
Responsible, reliable, and able to solve site issues
Must have own transportation
Own tools are preferred
Working at Heights / WHMIS is an asset

Responsibilities:

Lead commercial renovation site work
Organize daily tasks for workers
Coordinate with subcontractors
Maintain site quality, cleanliness, and schedule
Report material needs, site issues, and progress to the project manager
Help complete deficiency work and final touch-ups

Pay is based on experience. Long-term work is available for the right person.
