C&F Property Shine is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our crew! We provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior property services to residential and commercial clients across Winnipeg.
⚠️ Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle available every day. Please don't message if you don't have both — no exceptions.
What You'll Do:

Clean windows (interior/exterior), gutters, and exterior surfaces using company-provided equipment
Work safely at heights using ladders and pole systems
Represent C&F professionally on every job — punctual, courteous, detail-oriented
Follow training protocols and maintain our 5-star service standard
Work as part of a small, tight-knit crew

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required daily)
Strong work ethic and dependability
Energetic, active, and comfortable with physical work — all ages welcome to apply
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically able to lift equipment and work on ladders
No experience necessary — full training provided
Bonus: experience in window cleaning, landscaping, construction, or similar labor roles
