Job Title: Skilled Handyman / Property Maintenance
Technician Location: Moncton/Dieppe, NB (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Wage: $20 - $25 / hour (Depending on experience)
About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled Handyman to join our team in Moncton/Dieppe. You will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks for our Long term care homes.
Key Responsibilities
General Carpentry: drywall patching, installing trim, doors, and flooring.
Minor Plumbing & Electrical: Fixing leaks, swapping out fixtures, replacing toilets.
Exterior Maintenance: Property maintenance, deck repairs, gutter cleaning, and painting, lawn mowing, snow removal, shoveling clearing exits.
Routine Upkeep: General assembly, pressure washing, and preparing properties for new residents.
As well as other handyman task as required for operational need.
Customer Service: Traveling to local job sites and delivering high-quality, professional results at our various care homes.
Requirements Experience: 2 years of proven handyman or construction experience.
Tools: Provided to complete jobs -
Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (clean abstract required).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to troubleshoot independently, and attention to detail.
Tech-Friendly: Smartphone access to manage job dispatch and client communication.
