We got a load of hay delivered yesterday that was advertised as “brome and alfalfa premium horse hay.”

The hay has some thistle in it, and after opening several bales - some flakes have some mold. I have ripped open a few bales and have just left it to resell and get rid of.

I am not feeding it to my horses. And the person who delivered is not responding.

We paid $1000 for 96 bales. Looking to recoup a small fraction of our costs. Heavy bales, most over 50lbs

It is all on pallets and under a tarp. Located just off hiway 60 (Devon/Spruce Grove area). 5min from the Edmonton corn maze.
