Vineyard Worker (10 Positions)

Hours of Work: 40–60 hours per week (hours may vary depending on weather and crop conditions)
Wage: $18.25 per hour

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience: No experience required. Training will be provided.
Job Duties
Plant, cultivate, and maintain grapevines.
Prune, tie, and train vines.
Thin shoots, leaves, and grape clusters.
Hand harvest grapes.
Weed and maintain vineyard rows.
Operate hand tools and perform general vineyard maintenance.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Perform other general farm duties as assigned.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Repetitive tasks.
Physically demanding.
Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
