We're hiring a hands-on Pressure Washing & Cleaning Technician to service residential apartment buildings across the GTA. This is physically demanding, dirty work. You'll be pressure washing garbage bins, garbage chutes, and compactor/garbage rooms, along with other high-soil areas. If you take pride in turning filthy spaces into clean ones and don't mind getting dirty to do it, this job is for you. Key Responsibilities Pressure wash garbage bins, garbage chutes, and compactor/garbage rooms Clean and sanitize garbage/recycling areas, loading zones, and other high-traffic residential common areas Apply appropriate degreasers, deodorizers, and disinfectants Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment (gas and electric units) Manage water supply, hoses, and wastewater in line with site and municipal requirements Move and reposition heavy garbage bins as needed Complete work across multiple buildings per day on a set route Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Report equipment issues, supply needs, and site concerns to the supervisor Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in occupied residential buildings 647-914-2064
