Role Overview
Team #2’s Team Lead is responsible for supporting cleaning technicians, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth workflow during residential and commercial cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, communication, and problem‑solving, and who can confidently guide a team while upholding Lotus Cleaning Co.’s brand expectations.
The Team Lead acts as the on‑site point person for Team #2, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Coordination — Assign tasks, support techs on-site, and maintain efficient workflow.
• Quality Assurance Oversight — Complete QA inspections and correct issues before job completion.
• Training & Mentorship — Support new or developing techs within Team #2.
• Client-Ready Presentation — Ensure staging and finishing touches meet Lotus standards.
• Issue & Incident Reporting — Document pests, damages, or safety concerns.
• Supply & Equipment Management — Monitor product levels, PPE usage, and report shortages.
• Time Management — Ensure cleans stay within expected timeframes.
• Safety Compliance — Enforce safe chemical handling and equipment use.
• Communication with Management — Provide updates and support operational decisions.

Qualifications
• 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to guide and support team members professionally.
• Reliable transportation for Winnipeg job sites. Must have car.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for checklists, photos, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
