I previously provided massage services, but my certification is currently inactive. I am looking for adult volunteers who would be comfortable receiving a free practice massage while I rebuild my stamina, refresh my technique and gain experience working with a variety of body types.

These sessions are for practice and relaxation only. I am not currently practicing as a registered massage therapist, and I will not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

I currently do not have a professional massage table, so sessions may take place using a padded floor setup, firm bed, reclining chair or another safe and comfortable surface. The exact setup will be discussed beforehand.

Who I’m Looking For
- Different body types, sizes and mobility levels
- People experiencing general muscle tension, stiffness or stress
- Volunteers who are comfortable providing honest feedback
- People who understand this is a free practice session

Due to the number of requests, please include:
1. Your name
2. Your age
3. Your pronouns
4. Your approximate weight or weight range
5. A brief explanation of why you would benefit from a massage
6. Any injuries, health concerns or areas that should be avoided
7. Your general availability

Weight information is requested only because I am trying to practice safely with a diverse range of body types. Including an image will improve your chances of being a selected participant.

Limited appointments are available, and participants will be selected based on scheduling and the variety of practice experience needed.

While the massage is free and tips are not necessary, they are greatly appreciated.
