Job duties:

Supervise and coordinate staff work activities

Help prepare work schedules;

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for restaurant operations

Train restaurant staff in job duties and restaurant procedures

Monitoring inventory and notifying restaurant ownership when supplies fall below pre-determined levels;

Ensure high level of food and service quality during restaurant operations

Responding to guest enquiries and complaints;

Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full-time

Wage:
$35.00 per hour

Hours:
30 hours per week.

Location of work:
Regina/Saskatchewan

Skills requirements (includes education and work experience):

Completion of Secondary (High) School Certificate is required

A minimum of 4 years of work experience in food service/food preparation is required.

Prior supervisory experience/responsibilities in food service/food preparation are required
