CRITICAL DEADLINE: Western Canada DVM & RVT Model- Feedback Needed
Attention DVM and RVT Professionals : We are facing a deadline on our feasibility study for an after-hours emergency vet facility in Prince Albert, SK. We need your professional feedback to determine if this model is viable before the assessment window closes.
We are interested in data from practitioners with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience within an emergency or critical care environment.
We are testing an innovative framework, and we need to know if it aligns with what it takes to get experienced vets and veterinary technologists to support a smaller city clinic:
Predictable 7-on, 7-off rotation model (26 weeks off per year)
56 hour pay period
Proposed $150,000 base salary benchmark bonuses for DVMs.
Highly Competitive compensation and strong incentive structures for RVTs.
Case-by-case moving allowances determined for relocation.
Whether you would ever relocate or not, your professional feedback on this model is critical to our Western Canadian facility assessment.
To add your input to the study, or to provide a confidential letter of interest, please submit inquiries directly to our administrative team: ERvetinpa.admin@gmail.com
