Dispatch Coordinator – Job Description

Majco Trucking is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. This is a hybrid position with a Monday to Friday day shift, responsible for coordinating daily LTL and FTL freight operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, customers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, monitor shipments, resolve service issues, negotiate rates when required, and maintain accurate dispatch records. Previous dispatch experience in the transportation industry is a must, along with strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
