Our company is looking for a reliable and motivated Baker to join Kitchener team.

Job Title: Baker
Location: Kitchener (King St E and Queen St S) ON
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday ( or Work schedule as needed)

Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, buns, and other bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory rotation and ingredient preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
• Previous baking or food production experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
