Under the 13' measurements pure breed Beagles
Description
I have recently change my description on my listing. Mainly do to research and not wanting to give false information on my add, I have been breeding and working with beagles.
In the field ever since I was a little boy
And anyone who has ever fell in love with the breed well, no, what I mean. When I say it can be a sickness meaning a lot of the time. One beagle isn't enough? But I'm getting a little off-topic here
See after 30 plus years, I'm working with the breed. I'm constantly burning things which to me is a good thing I have always heard people talking about miniature and pocket beagles
But the breed just does not exist. Any more as it once did in the 16th century. The 2 beagle clubs that we mainly know around here. AKC and CKC only recognize 2 breeds of beagle, the 13 inch and the 15 inch. Meaning 13 inch, the smaller of the 2 is measured from the shoulders to the ground or vice versa. So anything exceeding 13 inches, but not going past 15 is considered a 15 inch. Beagle, which of course, is the larger of the 2 so what I'm getting at is people out there
That are selling pocket and miniature. Beagles, there is a very good chance that a crossbreeding with smaller dogs like for example, crossing a beagle with a small breed dog. Like a Chihuahua, for example.
Which means you're not getting a pure bread beagle. The term pocket beagle is primarily
A marketing term after undersized crossbreed
So I won't be advertising pocket or miniature beagles. I will be advertising the true straight box of my breed
Purebred 13 inch, because
And under
If anyone wants, they're poppy registered, that is no problem at all. It will be an extra $150
For the registration fee and the legwork, I hope my changes in my Ed description is satisfactory and I'm truly glad I done some research and got a little edgamacation lol. Coryhigby 095@gmail.com
