Live-In Roommate & Mentor – St. Albert
We are seeking an independent adult to share a fully furnished condo with our adult son.

He works three days a week, enjoys sports, being around people, and building friendships. He has a developmental disability and is continuing to grow his confidence, independence, and community connections.

We are looking for someone who values inclusion, equal opportunity for all, friendship, and personal growth. This is a collaborative living arrangement it is not a caregiving position. The role is to be a positive roommate and mentor who can encourage his independence, support his success at work and in the community, and help create a welcoming and positive home.

Details:
• Start date: October 1, 2026
• $3,100/month compensation
• $900/month rent (includes private furnished bedroom, private bathroom, heated underground parking, utilities, and internet)
• Fully furnished condo in St. Albert
• Flexible time off—ideal for someone with part-time work or classes

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Patient, dependable, and positive attitude
