We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Painter Helper to join our team.

No experience is necessary—we will train anyone with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn!

What You'll Do:
- Prepare job sites by masking areas, laying drop cloths, and setting up ladders.
- Sand, scrape, and patch surfaces before painting.
- Learn technique and process of painting.
- Clean up the job site, brushes, and equipment at the end of the day.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable & Punctual: You show up on time, every day.
- Physically Fit: Able to stand for long periods, not afraid to climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat, clean work.
-Transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to job sites. Your own vehicle is preferred but we can work on other options.

What We Offer
Pay: $18 – $22 / hour (based on experience).
Training: Learn a valuable trade on the job with opportunities to move up.
