We're Hiring | Sales Arborist
Location: Milton, ON (Serving the Greater Toronto Area)
Position: Full-Time

The Real Tree Masters is looking for a motivated Sales Arborist to join our growing team.
This is more than a sales role—you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients, combining arboricultural knowledge with practical solutions to help homeowners, property managers, contractors, and commercial clients make informed tree care decisions.

What You'll do
- Conduct on-site tree assessments and consultations
- Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals
- Identify tree health, risk, and maintenance requirements
- Recommend appropriate arboricultural solutions in accordance with industry best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Follow up on estimates and help convert opportunities into projects

What We're Looking for

- ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning, removals, and Ontario tree regulations
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Experience preparing estimates and quotations
- Valid G-Class driver's licence
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
