RenovAction Home Improvements is seeking motivated individuals for full-time, year-round construction positions. We welcome candidates with all levels of experience, from beginners eager to learn to seasoned professionals.

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation to various jobsites
- Working at Heights or Fall Protection certification
- CSA-certified steel-toe boots
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with appropriate clothing

Assets (Preferred but not required):

- Experience with siding, metal roofing, windows, or deck installation
- Basic tools (e.g., hammer, snips, measuring tape, speed square). Larger tools are provided, and basic tools can be loaned initially.
