30% commission on closed clients

For recurring subscription services, the SDR may receive 30% commission for the first twelve months of the client’s payments, subject to the final written agreement. Commission may be shared if other team members materially contribute to closing the deal.

AVM is a newly established technology and automation company helping businesses improve sales, customer communication, lead follow-up and internal operations.

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller / SDR to contact Canadian and US businesses, identify potential opportunities and book discovery calls with our technical team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B cold calls using AVM’s dialing system.
Follow the provided calling script and lead lists.
Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
Identify business problems and potential opportunities.
Book qualified discovery calls.
Record call outcomes such as opportunity, callback, voicemail, no answer or not interested.
Submit a brief end-of-shift report with calls, notes and insights.

Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting or sales experience is preferred.
Able to work independently and record accurate notes.

This is currently a commission-based opportunity, not a fixed hourly position. The standard commission is 30% for clients closed through your outreach, with recurring commission terms available for eligible subscription services.
