Hakka Legend (Ajax location) is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook (Fryer) to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fried menu items according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fryer station.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or fryer experience is an asset.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
