Heat and A/C. Also included is an 8x8 storage shed and a 10x12 bunkhouse shed with new mattresses and quilts. (Double on the bottom/single on top). Site backs on to a small ravine (dries up in summer) and is in quiet area of the park. BBQ, 3 burner Denali and prep station, camp chairs and dining table with four chairs also included.

Park has paid laundry facilities, mini golf, tennis court, volleyball, games barn, lending library, swings and climbing apparatus, groomed beach, washrooms and showers.

Price negotiable if no need for trailer.

$2500 yearly fee which covers full time caretaker, hydro, wifi, grounds maintenance and private marina with moorage (if space is available).
