Adept Landscape & Construction Inc.is currently hiring **Equipment Operators** to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with experience operating heavy equipment in construction, landscaping, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

* Operate loaders, skid steers, excavators, tractors, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
* Complete work according to project specifications and company standards.
* Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience operating heavy equipment.
* Valid driver's license (Class 3 is an asset).
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
* Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
* Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call during snow events when required.
