We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our team.

Pay: $35 - $45 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and safety. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to the creation of high-quality metal components and structures for field operations. The position requires a proactive mindset, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
Perform various welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and repair metal components according to specifications.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations and material handling.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Knowledge of metal properties, fabrication methods, and safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification in welding (such as AWS certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
