Canada Plastics & Belting Inc. is a leading supplier of plastic sheets, building materials, and industrial products across Canada. We are looking for a young, energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, have excellent communication skills, and want to grow your career in sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
Assist walk-in customers in selecting products.
Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding customer orders.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and perform general administrative duties.
Support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
Ability to learn new products quickly.
Customer service or sales experience is an asset but training will be provided.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
