Lead Cabinet Maker – High-End Custom Millwork

We are looking for a skilled Lead Cabinet Maker to join our team specializing in high-end custom millwork. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and can lead by example.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in cabinet making / custom millwork.
Proven ability to manage your own work and lead a small team
Strong proficiency with table saws and woodworking machinery
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings with accuracy
Experience working on high-end, custom projects with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in the production of custom millwork projects
Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Lead, support, and mentor team members
Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized
