NOW HIRING – Traffic & Logistics Specialist

Location: 153 Van Kirk Dr, Brampton, ON L7A 1A4

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Armacell Canada Inc. is currently looking for a Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our growing team! If you have experience in transportation, shipping, or logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare shipping documents (Bills of Lading, packing slips, customs paperwork)
✔ Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
✔ Process customer orders and EDI transactions
✔ Work with 3PL carriers across Canada, the USA, and Europe
✔ Process invoices in SAP and maintain shipping records
✔ Support logistics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

✅ Legally eligible to work in Canada (No work restrictions)
✅ Experience in transportation, shipping, or logistics
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook)
✅ SAP or Smartsheet experience is an asset
✅ Knowledge of EDI, Incoterms, and USMCA/NAFTA is an asset
✅ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
