Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour

We are hiring DZ licensed operators for volumetric concrete trucks and stone slinger equipment in the Smithville area.

This is a skilled construction site operator role, not a general delivery driving job. The work involves operating specialized equipment on active job sites, interacting with customers and crews, and ensuring safe, accurate material delivery.

What You’ll Do

Operate volumetric concrete trucks and/or stone slinger equipment
Deliver concrete and aggregates safely and efficiently to job sites
Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
Work closely with dispatch and site crews to complete deliveries
Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and communication
Represent the company on active residential and commercial job sites
What We’re Looking For

Valid DZ licence (required)
Minimum 3 years professional driving experience preferred
Strong willingness to learn and develop skills with specialized equipment in a construction environment
Comfortable working on active construction sites in all conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work early starts and overtime during peak season
Able to work independently and handle responsibility on site
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

Prefer simple A-to-B driving with minimal responsibility
Are not comfortable working on active construction sites
Do not take equipment care and safety seriously
Are looking for short-term or casual work
Need constant supervision to complete tasks
