About Us:
Air Jump is a leading local party rental company dedicated to bringing fun and unforgettable memories to families and events. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and hardworking team member to help us deliver, set up, and supervise, and manage our awesome inflatable castles and party equipment and Wearhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery & Setup: Safely load, unload, transport, and assemble bouncy castles, obstacle courses, and party equipment at various venues and private homes.
• Event Supervision: Supervise the inflatable play areas to ensure children and guests follow safety rules and have a great time.
• Takedown & Cleaning: Deflate, roll up, and pack away equipment, followed by basic sanitation and routine maintenance.
• Customer Service: Act as the face of our company by maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with clients and event organizers.
• Wearhouse Management: Help Manage and organize our Wearhouse, and prep for delivery’s going out.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Must be at least [18/19] years old with a reliable, clean vehicle to travel to event locations.
• Physically fit and able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (80 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule with excellent availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Clean background check / vulnerable sector check is a must (as you will be working around children).
• Previous experience with children or in customer service is a huge asset!
