We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a small motel. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas, as well as laundering and managing towels and linens. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning & Preparation
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures
Make beds and replace used linens
Dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash
Restock guest supplies
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Ensure rooms meet motel cleanliness standards before guest check-in
Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold towels and linens Maintain an organized linen storage area
Monitor inventory of towels and linens and notify management when supplies are low
Follow proper procedures for stain treatment and fabric care

General Duties:
Maintain cleanliness in common areas as needed Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily room turnover requirements
Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests when needed
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to lift up to 25-40 Ibs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
