What You’ll Do

• Provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments (60 / 90 min).

• Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space.

• Build genuine connections with returning clients.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• RMTs in good standing (MTAM/RMTMB preferred) — priority consideration.

• Massage therapy graduates who haven’t registered yet but hold a diploma from a recognized program — we can support your transition.

• Friendly, reliable, and genuinely interested in helping people feel better.

• No experience? No problem. If you have the training and the heart for it, let’s talk.

What We Offer

• For RMTs: Starting at 55%–60% session split (top tier rates negotiable with experience). Keep 100% of your tips.

• For Non-RMT Grads: Hourly guarantee while building your books, plus mentorship to get fully registered.

• Truly flexible scheduling — tell us your days. Days, evenings, and weekends available. No forced quotas.

• Consistent referral flow — you won’t be sitting around waiting for calls.

• Fully stocked rooms: premium oils/creams, fresh linens, and in-house laundry taken care of.
