Job Description
We are a growing property restoration and renovation company specializing in condominium maintenance, unit turnovers, insurance restoration, and residential renovations. We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. We value attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly above all else.
Responsibilities
Interior painting
Drywall installation and repairs
Flooring installation
Basic carpentry
Demolition and site preparation
General maintenance and repairs
Material loading and unloading
Maintaining clean and organized job sites
Working safely and professionally at all times
Minimum Requirements
Full Ontario G Driver's Licence (Required)
Reliable personal vehicle (Required)
Ability to learn construction and renovation work quickly
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, maintenance, renovations, painting, flooring, drywall, or carpentry
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
Customer service experience is considered an asset
