Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Recommend products based on customer needs.
Verify customer age and follow all legal compliance requirements.
Process sales using the POS system.
Restock shelves and maintain inventory.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
Stay up to date on new products and promotions.
Help achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Must be 19 (or the legal age required in your province/state).
Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Basic knowledge of vaping products is an asset (training provided).
Able to work evenings and weekends.
