Full-Time Shift Supervisor

The Burger Monk is a fast-growing, late-night burger concept in York, known for bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and a high-energy service environment. We’re looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a passion for customer service
* Previous leadership experience is an asset, but not required
* Evening, weekend, and late-night availability
