We are seeking qualified subcontractors for the concrete foundation and structural framing of a 22' x 28'-4" Detached Garage Suite in Calgary.Scope of Work:
1.concrete:
-Footings & 8" thick concrete foundation walls (min 4' below grade).
-4" concrete pad on 6 mil poly / compacted granular fill.
-Rebar/dowels & door buck setup as per S1 & S3 structural details.
