Fabrication Welder
Description
Regional Products Limited is looking for a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Winnipeg. We specialize in custom metal fabrication and are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
MIG weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble fabricated parts.
Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, drills, and other shop tools.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Previous welding/fabrication experience is required.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Reliable and punctual.
CWB certification is considered an asset but is not required.
