Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles promptly and accurately
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including merchandising displays and convenience store areas
Monitor fuel levels, check for leaks or safety hazards, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or services offered
Manage time effectively to serve customers efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service
Requirements

Recent gas station experience required.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, and customer service best practices
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers confidently
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
